WHAT WE DO

What we build.

An integrations company that brings AI into the things a business already runs on.

§01WHAT WE BUILD

Websites the owner can edit

A brochure site is only useful if you can change it. We build sites the owner updates without calling anyone, on hosting that doesn't get in the way — and we move sites off hosting that does.

Storefronts that read the register

If your point of sale already knows your inventory, your website should read it, not copy it. One catalog, one checkout, nothing to keep in sync.

Menus, print, and the sign on the door

A menu that renders to a PDF you can print, a QR that gets a table to it, a counter card that gets a customer to the site, signage that matches the storefront. Physical and web are the same customer path; we treat them that way.

AI-native applications

Applications built with an AI back end from the start — the AI has a defined set of things it can do, a log of what it did, and nothing it can reach that you didn't hand it.

Bartyndr is one of ours: a back-office platform where invoices arrive as a photo, a PDF, or a CSV and land as line items in your costs without anyone typing them. In production.

§02HOW WE WORK

Where this ends up: AI integrated into the systems you already run, working from a memory of your business — your policies, your processes, what you decided and why — on infrastructure you control.

We get there one job at a time. Each job is scoped before it starts: what it does, what it can see, what it can change, and how far a mistake would travel. It runs inside those limits, it's logged, and you can turn it off. What it learns stays in that memory, so the next job starts from what the last one knew.

You can stop at any point and keep what you have. The survey and the report are yours. The training and the policy stand on their own. Each piece we build works whether or not you build the next one.

As far as we have found, nobody else is installing and supporting an agent like this — persistent, database-backed, logged — inside a business this size. We say that as what we know, not as a boast: it is also why we start with one job and a written boundary rather than a platform.

§03AGENTS WITH MEMORY

There is no way to remove the risk of AI completely. It is the same risk as having someone else do a job instead of doing it yourself. You reduce it the same way: choose someone reliable, with a record you can check, and give them more responsibility as the record grows. That takes time.

We are building agents with persistent memory. What the agent learns about your business is kept and available in every session — your policies, your processes, how you make decisions, what happened last time. It can search large collections of your documents quickly and identify what is relevant to the task. It has a written boundary: what it holds, what it may do, what it refuses. It keeps a log of every action and who allowed it — what it read, what it changed — on infrastructure you control.

An agent that acts for you has to be one you can audit.

These start as pilots: one job, one boundary, a few weeks of the agent learning your work with you. What it takes on after that depends on how it performs and how much you want to invest. In a large business this is a lot of work. In a small business it is the same work at a smaller scale — and small businesses are who we build this for, because almost no one else does.

We install it, configure it, support it, and build the parts around it that a business needs. What we build for you stays with you.

Not sure which you need? The assessment answers that, and it starts from your AI workspace.

Q&AQUESTIONS OWNERS ASK US

What does “an agent with memory” mean?

Its memory is a database of your policies, processes and decisions, available in every session — not a chat history that forgets.

Where does it run?

On infrastructure you control, with a written boundary: what it holds, what it may do, what it refuses.

How do you start?

As a pilot: one job, one boundary, a few weeks of the agent learning your work with you.

What does it cost?

Quoted after an assessment, because the work depends on what you run. There's no list price for a build.
