EVERY PRICE, IN WRITING

What things cost.

Every price here starts from your workspace when it's next.

Every price below is started from your AI workspace when it's next — and every risk on your board shows what it turns into if it keeps happening, in your dollars, before anything has a price.

Your people already use AI. Some information has probably already left. Your own software has added AI you never chose. So the first thing is free: an anonymous survey your staff fills out in a few minutes, and a workspace where you watch the picture come in. Everything after that goes in order — training, a policy your people sign, then an assessment of your systems — and anything built is quoted against what the assessment finds.

Start the free survey

Every price is below, in writing. Each step is started from your workspace when it's next; before that it's explained there and carries no price. Nothing is sold before you've seen your own numbers.

If the honest answer after the read is “your setup is fine, don't spend money,” that's what the read says. Most businesses run the survey, do the training, fix what they found, and stop there.

STEP 1

The staff survey

Anonymous, self-serve, a few minutes per person. You send the links; your people answer; nobody's answers are tied to a name, at the database level and in the form. Your workspace shows what's being used, what's going into it, where the exposure is, and what your people think, as answers come in. Most owners are surprised by what comes back.

STEP 2

Awareness training

The modules everyone in the business takes — being written now, the first live and in testing: how these tools work, the words that matter, the four ways AI hurts a business, what's safe to put in, how to tell when it's wrong, the fraud aimed at you now, being straight with customers, what to do when something goes wrong, and your rules. Ends in a short test and the AI usage policy, signed by people who passed — so the signature means understood. You get a report: who passed, who needs coaching, and how the test answers compare with what the survey said.

Started from your workspace once the survey report is unlocked.
PRICE $75 per person
$300 minimum. Each person has their own dashboard.

Further training — by module or by track

Past awareness, four more tracks — working with the tools, the systems underneath, governance for owners, technical implementation — 26 modules — $50 a module, or by the track: Working with AI Tools $250, Systems and Integration $200, Governance for Owners $200, Technical Implementation $400 — taken in order. Systems and Integration comes free with any pilot or integration. Your staff can request a module from their dashboard; you approve it from yours. Module detail appears in your workspace. Each year, everyone re-takes the test and re-signs the current policy — $25 a person — so the insurance answer stays true.

PRICE $50 a module
Tracks $200–$400. Annual re-test and re-sign, $25 a person.
STEP 4

The assessment

A fixed-scope look at how your business actually runs: the software, the databases, the email, the AI already in the building — where the time goes, what's already working, and where the first build would return the most. We can't assess risk or advise on what we can't see; this is where we look. What you've already entered in your workspace, nobody asks again.

What you get. A written read and one recommended first step, priced. If the step is physical — a sign, a QR, a menu that updates itself — we do that too.

$500 covers up to 10 people. From 11 to 25 it's a team assessment — $1,000, same read, across more systems and more roles. Over 25 it becomes an organizational assessment, scoped to you — typically from $2,500.

STEP 5

Integration

AI doing real work inside the tools that already run the business — the CRM, scheduling, invoicing, the point of sale — without handing over control.

What happens. One job first: follow-up, quotes, reports, write-ups, menu updates. It runs inside what you already use. You set the limits, per type of action, in writing. When that's working, the next one is obvious.

What you get. The integration, the rules you set, a log of everything it drafted and everything it sent — and training for the people who'll use it.

Price. Quoted per job, after the assessment, against what we found.

Consultation

When you want answers about your business rather than ours. Thirty-minute minimum. Recorded with your consent, transcribed, and returned in writing within two business days: findings, the answers given, advisements, and follow-ups, which land on your board. Writing the report is part of the hour, not billed on top. The first twenty minutes with us are always free and always labeled — that call is us telling you what we'd propose and what it costs, not advice. Consultation hours credit against a later build.

INTRO CALL
20 minutes, free

We listen, look at what you've chosen to share, and send you a written scope with prices the same day; no advice is given on the call, and we say so at the start.

CONSULTATION
$150 an hour, 30-minute minimum

Recorded with your consent, transcribed, and returned as a written report — findings, answers, advisements, follow-ups — with the follow-ups landing on your board.

The free call answers what Foundry would do for you; the paid call answers what you should do. Consultation hours credit against a later build.

Requested from your workspace.
PRICE $150 an hour
30-minute minimum. The first twenty minutes are free.

Risk-abatement validation

Your AI workspace shows each risk your survey and your numbers surface, what it affects, what it would cost you in your own numbers, and what it turns into if it keeps happening. Each one asks you for a decision: accept it, or address it. Accepting is a signed record — yours, dated, in your own words. Addressing shows what we do, what gets referred out, and what you can do yourself. Whoever does the work, only what we've confirmed reads as handled — that's the validation, priced per risk, written in the language an insurance application asks in, and it's what makes “we have controls” true.

PRICE $100 per risk
Or $400 for the whole board.

Training and the policy

Every job we scope includes two things that aren't optional: training for the people who'll use the system, and an AI usage policy each employee signs after passing a short test on the material. You'll see both on the quote as their own lines. Training you've already taken counts: it deducts from a later deployment's training line, so starting small never costs you twice.

Q&AQUESTIONS OWNERS ASK US

How much is AI awareness training per employee?

$75 per person, $300 minimum, everyone in the business, when it opens — the modules are being written and the first is live in testing. The written policy is included.

What's an assessment and why is it quoted?

A fixed-scope read of the business itself — systems, data, obligations — priced against what you run. $500 for up to ten people is the common case.

What's free?

The staff survey, the AI report, and your workspace. You buy nothing to find out where you stand.

What does validation cost?

$100 per risk, or $400 for the whole board — we confirm the control is in place and give you the record.
