WHERE TO START

Solo professionals, consultants, creators — anyone whose business is their own judgment and body of work.

There's nobody to hand it to. It's you, and it's been you for a while.

You work alone, and the AI apps forget you every time you close the tab.

You've tried them. Useful for twenty minutes, then you're explaining yourself again. You've probably tried the fixes too — project folders, uploaded documents, a “memory” setting, an assistant with retrieval over your files. They help, and then they don't. The same question gets a different answer on Thursday than it did on Monday, because what the tool remembers is whatever happened to be in reach that time. Your context — what you've done, how you think, what you decided last month and why — is the whole asset, and it still lives in your head because nothing else holds it reliably.

§01WHAT CHANGES IN YOUR WEEK

We install an agent on your machine with a memory that's a database, not a chat history. Every decision goes in with the date and the reason. Every project goes in with where it stands. Your contacts, your references, the things you've written, the way you like things done — all of it, structured, on your own disk. The agent reads that database at the start of every session and writes back at the end. On Thursday it knows what it knew on Monday, and on Thursday next year it knows what it knew today.

It keeps working whether we're here or not. It's yours.

Q&AQUESTIONS OWNERS ASK US

What can an AI assistant actually take off my plate?

The parts that need memory more than judgement: what you decided last time, where the document is, what the policy says, the draft you'd have written from scratch.

Does the report work for one person?

Yes. It opens on your own answers when you're the whole team.

Will it remember my business between sessions?

That's the difference in what we build — the memory is a database of your policies, processes and decisions, not a chat history.

What does it cost?

Free to start. Anything built is quoted after an assessment; a pilot is one job with a written boundary.

The record: what you decided, when, and why — kept, so next year's you can check this year's reasoning. The agent's memory is one half of that; your AI workspace is the other.

Why the record matters
For a team: the same agent, shared, with each person's actions logged separately.
